Noavac Consulting LLC makes available and annually distributes this policy statement to all personnel that design, develop, maintain, manage, or otherwise have responsibility for the content and format of our Website (“Web Content Personnel”). Novac Consulting LLC requires employees and contractors to comply with this policy.

Novac Consulting LLC engages UserWay (https://userway.org/) as an ongoing resource and for evaluation and testing of our Website every twenty four hours for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance via its Accessibility Widget. Novac Consulting LLC further conducts an annual Accessibility Audit and, based on the evaluation, identification of any barriers, and recommendations, works to enhance the accessibility of our Website.
Testing
Novac Consulting LLC engages in automated testing and user testing of individuals with disabilities to continually assess and improve the accessibility of our Website.
Training
Novac Consulting LLC provides annual training on web accessibility to Web Content Personnel, and considers the degree and effectiveness with which personnel took accessibility considerations into account in the performance of their duties when reviewing their performance.
Compliance
Through Novac Consulting LLC’s proactive efforts and genuine commitment to accessibility and following best practices set forth by relevant laws and governing bodies, Novac Consulting LLC believes it not only meets but exceeds the digital accessibility requirements imposed by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as other applicable anti-discrimination laws.
