Institutional Giving Strategy & Plan

We’ll craft a roadmap for you that goes beyond what grants are due when. It will include research and prospecting, prioritized grant opportunities, cultivation and stewardship plans, and streamlined workflow and CRM recommendations. Implementation support is an optional add-on.

  • This service typically ranges from $5 000-$10,000 for a 12-month plan.

    Alternatively, this service can be custom scoped to accommodate unique needs, an especially robust institutional prospect pipeline, etc.

    Plan Implementation and staff training are available via a retainer or on an hourly rate basis.

Grant Writing

Successful institutional fundraising relies on strong, clear grant proposals that speak to the mission of the funder (no copy and paste here!). Whether you need a single grant written or ongoing grant writing support, this service is for you.

  • This service can be booked by retainer or on an hourly rate basis. Hourly rates vary based on the organization’s budget size, ranging from $125/hour - $375/hour.

Strategic Grant Review & Feedback

Sometimes you need another set of eyes on a drafted grant to strengthen its positioning, rethink your approach, or clarify your case. This is especially helpful for those ‘must win’ grants, complex proposals that have been piecemealed together, and early career grant writers looking to grow.

  • This service typically ranges from $550 - $1,250 per grant, dependent on grant complexity.

Funder Prospecting

This is often the development task at the bottom of a long to-do list. We can take this research off your plate, using access to paid grant research software/directories. Gain a prioritized list of grant prospects including key information, suggested request strategies, and recommended ‘ask’ amounts.

  • This service typically ranges from $2,500 - $7,500, dependent on the desired quantity of prospects.

Grant Calendar Development

Don’t let disorganization affect your fundraising potential! If you lack a grant calendar, we’ll create one. If you have one that needs updating or integration into your CRM, we can tackle that, too. This service is highly recommended if you intend to expand your annual fundraising efforts.

  • $1,500 - $3,500 for the development of a standard, manual grant calendar (e.g., in Excel or Google Docs) and implementation guide, dependent on the size and complexity of your institutional giving function.

    Available Add Ons:

    CRM integration of your grants calendar is a custom scoped add-on service, dependent on the current state and functionality of your CRM database.

On-Demand Consultations

If you’re in need of some guidance, a thought partner, or a second opinion, this service is for you. You’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire in advance, so we can make the best use of your time, and we’ll follow up each consult with a recap and/or recommendations.

  • $250 for a 60-minute session: BOOK NOW

Rates are built off a sliding scale of $125-$375/hour, determined by the organization’s budget size + project scope + areas of expertise required.
