This service is for organizations in need of short-term or interim executive leadership to maintain their work, plans, and staff. This is typically applicable to organizations undergoing an executive search process for their next leader.

Strategic Planning
We’ll work collaboratively to synthesize information, perspectives, and organizational priorities and create an iterative roadmap for your future. Most importantly, it will be actionable. We can also craft shorter-term or project-based (instead of organization-based) strategic plans.

This service is custom scoped, dependent on the organizational budget size, desired length of planning process (typically 6-12 months), and desired process complexity. Typically, this service ranges from $45,000 - $70,000.

Organizational Writing Projects
Writing needs always seem to emerge at the worst times, am I right? We can help! Examples of writing projects include Board reports, internal communications, website copy, public organizational statements, draft policies, employee handbook revisions, email copy, etc.

On-Demand Consultations
If you’re in need of some guidance, a thought partner, or a second opinion, this service is for you. You’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire in advance, so we can make the best use of your time, and we’ll follow up each consult with a recap and/or recommendations.
Rates are built off a sliding scale of $125-$375/hour, determined by your organization’s budget size + project scope + areas of expertise required.
